We are the AJs Under 10s and we’re the 2017/18 holders of the West Lancs League ‘Fair Play’ Award.  We have loved our first season at Academy Juniors FC and look forward to being a good example to the rest of the Club.

We are the Under 13s at AJs and we’re the current North Valley Youth League champions!  We’re looking forward to seeing what we can achieve at the Club next season.

We are the AJs Ladies team. We train alongside the development team and are currently competing in the Premier Division of the Lancashire FA Women’s County League. Some of us even get involved in coaching the little ones!

Academy Juniors FC was formed in 2008 to become the home of girls football in Bolton.

AJs gives girls of all ages, backgrounds and sporting abilities the opportunity to take part in an outstanding programme of football development through an ‘unofficial Centre of Excellence’ experience!

Academy Juniors, (AJs GreenArmy), is a family club, served by qualified coaches, experienced sports education leaders, and dedicated volunteers. We are committed to investing in the development of our volunteers in the hope that they will invest the same levels of time, commitment and enthusiasm in our players.

Our girls are at the heart of everything we do at AJs. We offer twice-weekly training sessions to all of our teams; run by coaches who deliver a professional ‘football curriculum’ based on age appropriate stepping stones to develop our girls both technically and tactically on the pitch, and socially and emotionally off it.

Whilst we’re always looking to welcome new players, there are lots of other ways to get involved at AJs.  Keep browsing through our website to find out more, as we continue to make Academy Juniors the home of girls football in Bolton.
